How to get Panasonic Meter Reading

Press COPY SIZE and PAPER TRAY Keys simultaneously.

Press Settings/Meter Check, Select Meter Check

Press the Tools button on the Copier Control Panel to display the Tools Main Menu on the Copier Screen.

Using the up/down arrow buttons highlight the Meter Check feature.

Press the SELECT button. Meter Check is displayed on the Copier Screen.

Press and hold the % Select Key, then press the Clear/Stop Key.

The control panel will display the first set of 3 digits, then it will display the second set of 3 digits.

When place next to each other you have your reading.

Example 1^st set 012, then the 2^nd set 345. You have made 12,345 copies.

Press function key. Select general function, proceed to next page and select 09 Key Operator Key.

Input ID Code (3 digits) and touch the OK key. Proceed to screen 03/05 and select 14 (Departmental Counter Mode).

Press the TOTAL COUNTER key to display the sum of all the active departmental counters.
